Licensed in the State of Idaho for both Remote & Digital Notary Services, our exclusive technology allows you to digitally sign legal documents and have them notarized, from the comfort of your home or office (or wherever your travels take you!)

Any document(s) requiring notarization, including business docs, estate planning, real estate contracts, or anything else, is thoroughly reviewed documents for completeness and accuracy prior to signing.
Full Digital Contracting without Notary Service
We also offer the completing a full digital contract packages that have few notarizations, or even those without any notary needed! This allows you to conveniently sign legal documents wherever you might be, even if some or all of them don't require a notarization of any kind

^Travel charge includes up to 20 miles from our office. Excess mileage charge of $1.00/mi up to a maximum of $50.

In-Office Notarization
This option provides a basic notary service that takes place in our office located at the Village in Meridian, ID. Appointment is required for notary services held in office; that said, our convenient location can accommodate your in-person notary needs
